Once the transfer order has been confirmed, the funds are available in:

Deposit on AIS or Clasica Cards

Deposits on active AIS or Clasica cards will take up to 3 business days.

Deposits on bank accounts

Deposits on bank accounts will take up to 5 business days.

For an up-to-date status on your transfer order, please log into your account and select My Transactions from the drop-down menu.

Once the funds have been deposited, you will receive a deposit confirmation by email.

Please note: If your transfer order status has changed to "Funds Delivered" and you did not receive the email confirmation, please check your Spam box and mark our email as safe so future notifications will arrive in your inbox.
