New cards will be available as follows:

• 3 to 5 business days for applications in Havana.
• 15 to 20 business days for applications in the rest of the country

For an up-to-date status on your card application, please log into your account and select My Transactions from the drop-down menu. Once the card is ready, the status will change to Ready for Pickup.

When the card is ready, the beneficiary can pick up the card from their provincial FINCIMEX office. They can find out the address here.

Please note the funds will not be deposited until the beneficiary has picked up the card and it has been activated. 

Important Note: New cards will not be delivered to your beneficiary's home address.
