What information do I need from my family member to send a remittance?
The information you need, no matter the service selected is:

Recipient's Full Name (Name and both surname).

Recipient's Full Address.

ID Number (Carné de Identidad).

Recipient's Bank Account or card Number (for all the services except for cash pickup).
Important Note: Please make sure that the identity card number corresponds to the account / card holder. The bank can reject the transaction due to inconsistencies in this field.
