Why has my transaction been cancelled?
There are several reasons why a transaction is cancelled:
- You have NOT completed the identity verification process and have passed 72 hours since you made the transaction.
- The bank has detected inconsistencies in the information provided by you when carrying out the transaction.
- Your beneficiary's information is not complete.
Once the transaction is cancelled, the funds are returned to the card at the same time. Depending on your bank policy, the funds will be reflected on the card in 1 to 3 business days.
