How do I know the status of a transfer once I finished sending one?
For an up to date status on your transfer order, please log in to your account and select My Transactions on the drop-down menu.
Once the funds have been deposited, you will receive a deposit confirmation by email.
Please note: If your transfer order status has changed to "Funds Delivered" and you did not receive the email confirmation, please check your Spam box and mark our email as safe so future notifications will arrive in your inbox.
